The membership of the MGBC extends to all full-time employees of any organization being considered an "Active Council Member" independent of the project area in which they work. Every member will have the right of an exclusive vote at the General Assembly, realized through a selected person as principle contact of that organization. This principle contact will receive a "Welcome Package" and the information to access the web page's restricted area. Any member of the organization may participate in the Council's committees or administrative sub-divisions. Additionally they will receive discounts corresponding to all products and services the Council offers.
